I have been bringing my cats to University for many years. They are incredibly attentive, kind, and very caring. It can sometimes be a little bit of a wait to get an appointment, but I love to see them booked and busy. Very reasonably priced, and I appreciate that there are always multiple treatment options presented when possible to try and work within a smaller budget. Great vets, great techs, great office staff!

Everyone is always very nice and attentive with our 3 cats. They manage to get us into the clinic in any cases of urgency. I like that it never smells too strong of animal.

Our Rottweiler, King, had a cracked molar that had become absessed. Our regular vet doesn't extract molars and recommended University Pet Clinic as well as a couple of other clinics. I called the other clinics before I called University and was astounded by the rates I was quoted! The technician I spoke with at one clinic was rude and acted as if I was bothering him. I was starting to get anxiety about having to take King to one of these clinics. Not just because of the rates I was being quoted but because the people I spoke to were so unfriendly! I didn't want to leave my dog at those places! When I called University I knew that I had found the right clinic for our boy! The young woman I spoke with was very sweet and sounded like she actually cared about my dog she answered all my questions with patience and compassion. I was able to schedule his surgery within 10 days and their quote was thousands of dollars less than the other places I had called!! It was so much cheaper that I called back to double check that they had it listed as a dental extraction and not just a cleaning (they did). When I went to drop him off I wasn't able to go inside due to covid restrictions but check in and drop off was so easy! You pull in to a stall and call the office to tell them which stall you are in and the tech comes out to get your pet. The tech that took King inside was wonderful with dogs! She was very sweet with him and he instantly felt at ease and went inside with her happily. They called me after they took his dental X-rays to tell me what they found (two cracked carnassial molars) and to ask how we wanted to proceed (we pulled both). About an hour later they called to let me know that his surgery was done and that he was waking up in recovery. They kept in contact with me throughout the day to keep me updated on my best friend and how he was doing. That made my day so much easier!!! I was told I could pick him up after 5pm. It was a little bit of a wait at pickup but he was brought out by a tech that took the time to explain the surgery and went over his meds with me. She said that the molars he had pulled were connected to his sinuses so it was very important he not itch or scratch his face while it healed.. So my boy came back in a giant cone that he would have to wear for at least 10 days. (I dropped him off at home and then went Petco to replace it with an inflatable cone - I definitely recommend getting a soft cone). He is healing wonderfully!! I am so grateful to University Pet Clinic for taking care of King. Anyone that has a pet in need of dental extractions should feel comfortable taking them here!! The quality of care was awesome and the price was a third of anywhere else. I'm so happy that I found them!! Thank you to all the staff and doctors that took care of my baby!!!

Caring techs and Dr. White is very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Dr Adams is also a godsend to the vet world. They have both worked with my goals for my pet care and seem to truly care for our pets. All providers answer all my many questions and this place is much more affordable than every other vet care facility we’ve been to for the 5 cats we’ve had. Love this place! Great hours too. Front office staff are always cheerful. 5 big shiny stars.
This is an incredible clinic. They are accommodating, skilled, organized, and understanding. I feel confident my dogs are well cared for whenever I visit. Chelsea is exceptional at empathetic communication, and the team in general has top-notch communication. Thank you for your services!
After 2.5 yrs I had to put my rescue Rotti down due to her health. The staff from the first phone call to the hug I received after it was over was nothing but professional and courteous! Andra L and the other lady (can’t remember her name, hug lady, lol) were supportive and respective before, during and after the process. Can’t thank you guys enough for making a tough decision a lil easier. David and his girl Maddie.
They took great care of my cat. I had a drop off appointment for a sick cat emergency. They kept me updated frequently and answered all of my questions. If I had a question on the phone the tech didn’t have the answer for she made the time to ask the vet for me. I could tell they care about the animals there, and I felt confident they were taking the right steps to help my cat.
Fantastic practice, the offices are clean, the staff is wonderful, and they have extended hours. I highly recommend them take them.
