Due to COVID-19, we have asked our employees to please stay home if they are showing symptoms, so unfortunately we need to reduce our office hours temporarily.
Monday – Friday: 7am – 8pm
Saturday – 8am – 4pm
Sunday: Closed
Please continue to check back for any additional changes, as this continues.
In addition, for the safety of our team and community, and in hopes we stay healthy in order to continue staying open to help pets, we have changed clinic protocols:
We are asking clients to NOT ENTER our clinic, effective immediately.
1. Please call us from your vehicle when you arrive.
2. We will send a team member to meet you at the door and we will bring in your pet inside for the examination or procedure, while you wait in your vehicle.
3. Our doctor or team will call you with findings, results and treatment plans, as applicable.
4. If you are paying with credit card, we ask you pay over the phone at discharge (cash and check are still accepted).
5. We will meet you at the door with your pet when ready to go home.
6. If you are picking up medication refills, supplies or pet food, please follow the above guidelines, as well.
Feel free to use our online store for home delivery.
