Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
University Pet Clinic accepts payment via cash, check, debit card, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Checks are accepted with a valid driver’s license and social security number.
Estimates are provided, upon request, for treatments, surgeries, and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time.
