  Appointments

Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Our office is open from:

• Monday to Friday: 7am - 6pm
• Occassional Saturday mornings: 8am - 12pm (call for appointments)

Emergencies are accepted, subject to doctor availability, during regular clinic hours. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us (795-7016) or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

Emergency & Urgent Care

We have a veterinarian and technicians on duty 5 days a week during office hours (and occassional Saturday mornings) who are trained and equipped to handle most urgent care problems your pet may have.

Emergencies can be things such a rat bait poisoning, hit by car, bite wounds and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency.

We are not available after-hours, but do recommend these 24/7 Emergency Hospitals:

Payments

University Pet Clinic accepts payment via cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we require payment be made at the time services are rendered.

We provide estimates, upon request, for treatments, surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time.

Weekly Specials

• MONDAYS thru FRIDAYS-   25% OFF most vaccinations and healthy pet Wellness Examinations (must be done at the same time as vaccinations)

• THURSDAYS-   45% OFF Routine Dental Cleanings.  Appointments required.  Call for details.
