I was very satisfied with my visit bringing my cat, so I returned a few days later to update my dog's vaccines. The entire staff is professional and knowledgeable and the vet sets the tone. He is an animal doctor who clearly loves animals, but he also respects people. I was impressed by his interest in showing us our cat's ear mites under the microscope- fascinating and fun for my daughter & me.

I thought my dog, Fluffy, had something stuck in her throat- she was gagging all the time. I took her to one vet, but the dog remained very ill. So I took her to see Dr. Percell. He and the staff were wonderful!! They were so compassionate! Dr. Percell gave Fluffy a very complete exam and did X-rays, that he reviewed with me personally. I felt so confident having Fluffy there. They put my fears to rest. Now I have a permanent vet for my dogs.
